Strange Shanghai: Chinese Irish Dancing
The things you see in Chinese nightclubs!?…The last place you would expect to see a performance of the Irish jig is in a Shanghai Nightclub. Who said the Chinese can’t dance as good as the Irish!? Clearly they can, Michael Flatley lookout there is a new Lord of the Dance!

For those of you who are interested this video was taken in Phebe Club on Hengshan Road in Shanghai’s French Concession. This performance of Irish Dancing was my first introduction to the cities nightlife on my first night out in Shanghai, random huh!?

The lads dancing efforts are great, but they’re not Irish dancing.
Why, because they’re not Irish? It looks pretty darn close to the Irish jig to me, kudos to them for trying!
No not because they are not irish,because they cant irish dance lol it takes more than stamping your feet.
